(Shannon, will you be our photographer?) HECK YEAH, I WANNA CAPTURE YOUR DAY! Let me know what collection works best and I'll send you over a contract. Once you sign, submit the retainer, and (digitally) deliver it back to me – I'm yours!

I'll send you a list of my favorite vendors, lock in the details for your engagement session, help you plan your outfits, and when we're about a year out from your wedding, I'll send you a timeline planning questionnaire to ensure every moment is captured!

After you submit your planning questionnaire, I'll create a timeline draft for you! Then, we'll connect on a call, chat through every detail, and co-create the perfect timeline. After our call – you'll feel cool, calm, and collected knowing every minute of your day is accounted for. Aside from our scheduled calls – I'm always just an email or text away! Whether you need planning advice, or just want to send me pics of your dress and be excited together, I loooove chatting my couples!!

I'll send you a wedding day preview gallery within 30 days of your wedding, and the rest of your photos will be delivered 8-12 weeks! You might have noticed my turnaround times are a little longer than the industry standard... cause there is NOTHING standard about my work! I'm not going to send you a few random sneaks – I'm going to send you a few moments from every part of your day! And, I would never limit the amount of photos I deliver for the sake of a faster turnaround time... I want you to have ALL the memories to look back on.

Nah, I don't really say bye to my clients – you're stuck with me forever. Where are you based?

I’m always missing my family + friends in California, so I travel home to the Bay Area a few times a year! I leave room in my schedule to book a few sessions while I’m in town, so check out my travel schedule, and let’s make some magic! If you don't see a date on my travel schedule that works for you, reach out anyway! I'm always down to make a specific trip out for you so we can work together. How often do you travel to the Bay Area?

1.5 hours of driving round-trip is included with every collection. For weddings beyond that, I have flat rate travel frees that vary depending on distance and complexity of coverage (and include things like miles, gas, hotel stay, flights, rental cars, etc). To make things super easy – I'll take care of booking all my travel plans, so you don't have to worry about a thing!

Are there any travel fees?

If you're inquiring about a weekend wedding date, I would get in touch as soon as possible! While I have lots of dates available, I have strict parameters around bookings to ensure everyone is getting the best experience. My energy is everything on your big day, so I only take on one wedding a weekend, and do not work more than 3 consecutive weekends in a month.

How far in advance do I need to reach out?

Absolutely! If you want me to capture your big day, a signed contract + $2000 retainer is required. Then, the remaining balance is split up into 3 or 4 more payments, with everything due 30 days before your wedding. If you want to do more than 4 payments, I'm totally open to that as well! Let's chat.

Do you offer payment plans?

8-12 weeks after your wedding *2-3 additional weeks if you're including an add-on 3-6 weeks for sessions; depending on collection

When can we expect our online gallery?

Once I book a wedding, I secure the entire weekend for my couple. You can rest assured knowing I'll show up to your big day ready to give 150%!! If you want to add coverage for the day before or after your wedding, you can count on me to be available! I would never want to send an associate in my place to capture those events – it's essential for *ME* to show up and connect with everyone! If you'd like to add events to your wedding weekend – let me know any time leading up to big day, and I can add it to your collection!

Do you take on multiple weddings per weekend?

Photos (kind of) rule your day, so taking over the timeline has been one of the BEST things I've done for my couples. I've been a wedding photographer for 12 years now, so I know exactly how long each event will take! We'll co-create the perfect timeline to ensure you have every moment captured, have enough buffer in case anything runs late, AND space to have fun! (Not to toot my own horn – TOOT TOOT – but I make incredible timelines)...

So...you make our timeline? Why is that important?

I like to bring the hype, energy, and keep things upbeat! I'll be there to pose + direct everyone as needed, and let moments naturally unfold how they're happening.

This looks like making sure your getting ready space is tidy, telling you to stand for the best light, giving your wedding party/family specific directions during formal photos, asking friends at cocktail hour to smile for a photo, etc.

But for big moments like your ceremony + reception, I don't interfere! If you're not perfectly centered under your arch, I won't stop your ceremony and move you. If I ask your parent to stand next to your sweetheart table for their speech, and they sit in a dark corner of the room instead, I will capture the moment as it is.
